Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
An unboxing video needs to be made by you while opening your parcel. You need to ensure this for the purpose of replacement incase the product is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product. Incase unboxing video is not made; we cannot assure the replacement of the products.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of order. You must email us at matree.jewels@gmail.com or call us on 8660016982 to notify us. (Working hours: 11 am to 6 pm, except Sundays)
- Before we arrange for our damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us, you are required to send us a photograph of the product on the above given mail id or phone number (whatsapp). Once we see the image we will take a call whether the product is approved for exchange.
- Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the exchange, we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
- Matree will replace the items free of charge once we receive the piece back. We are not liable for any exchanges if we were not notified about within 48 hours of product receipt.
WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?
- You need to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product that you want to go for an exchange
- We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you at a flat price for INR 300 which includes both to and fro. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, customer has to ship the product back to Matree office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- As soon as we get the product back, we will ship the product of your choice back to you. We will adjust the old amount and let you know the difference if any. You can make the balance payment and we will ship the product back to you.

- You can ship us the piece back at your expense and we will send you your selected piece once we receive the piece from you. We should receive the piece back in original condition within 5 days of receipt of the product.
